Shipping Info

Currently I only offer UK shipping. USA, Australia and Canada based customers are welcome to shop physical items using our Etsy store. Shipping times will vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. I aim to make small orders within 2 days if I have all the materials in stock, Larger orders may take up to a week.

Non EU Country based customers can also purchase any digital items from Etsy.

If your order is likely to take longer than 1 week to dispatch then I will contact you prior to beginning the project.

Shipping is by Royal Mail and is based on weight. Prices start from just £1. If you parcel is urgent please use the 1st class option

Return & Exchange Policy

For any personalised items, made to order products and digital downloads, returns and refunds are not possible. For any other items I accept returns within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer will be liable for the return postage costs.

If you change your mind about an order you are welcome to contact me to see if I have started to make your order. If I haven't, and I haven't had to order in any special materials I will happily cancel for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
